The apartment has its own independent entrance (24 steps from the street level), and it is composed of a bright and large living room with a comfortable brand new sofa (convertible in a double bed if needed), 2 armchairs, table and TV. From the window you can see the lateral wall of the church Santa Maria della Vallicella, better known as Chiesa Nuova: built between 1500 and 1600, the church is famous for the fresco paintings by Pietro da Cortona and the amazing altarpiece by Rubens. The air conditioned master bedroom has a comfy double bed for 2 with a very comfortable mattress, wardrobe, dresser and mirror. Right in front of the bedroom is the brand-new bathroom with XL shower (installed December 2019). Last but not least, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
